SMC Points are added to your balance only after a payment is confirmed through our third party vendor, Plaid, and verified as a qualifying purchase under a reward offer you joined.
This process can take up to 10 business days and the SMC Points should appear in your account in the App once it’s done.
If by the end of the 10 business days you still haven’t received your SMC Points, please contact chooselocalsmc@colu.com for support.
