All redemptions of SMC Points are final and irrevocable - this means that if a transaction that involves the redemption of SMC Points is cancelled, you will not be able to get the redeemed SMC Points back to your account. The only exception is if the redemption transaction is rescinded because of a User error (for example - you paid the wrong amount) - in such a case, please contact customer support at chooselocalsmc@colu.com within 2 business days from the mistaken redemption transaction.
